So much better than the Keurig it replaced!!

So much better than the Keurig it replaced. Makes a great tasting cup of HOT. Simple to use, works quickly and takes up less counter space than the Keurig. Got the copper filter so no more waste being sent to the landfill. Very happy with my Ninja. Can’t wait to try the iced coffee feature.

I bought this because my keurig k duo always put grounds in the pot. On a 55oz setting, 4 scoops of coffee, this does the same.
Also, the “pause” slide doesn’t fully turn off the flow…it still drips onto the hot plate, even toward the end of the cycle.
Coffee is good, no complaints there, just grounds on the top of the pot and in the coffee

Terrible, do not buy.

We bought this 1 month ago, it is the least efficient and most high maintenance coffee maker I've ever used. It's terrible and requires far too much maintenance. The mornings have gotten worse because of this coffee maker.
The coffee get clogged, ends up on top of the carafe, this is fail on Ninja's design team.

I really like this machine. The dual-use (pod/drip) is well-designed and works great. I purchased an inexpensive permanent filter for the drip process, and now everything is perfect.

Great until it's not

I love this coffee maker but after 2 years it stops working. This is the second one I've had that has done the same thing. For the price they should last longer than that.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Only works 75% of the time

i have the model before this one and since the day I bought it, works correctly about only about 75% of the time. It will not make the full 55 oz and today the warmer didn't come on.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
