Great except for one, little thing

We read all the reviews before purchasing and we haven't experienced any of those issues. HOWEVER, I love my grind coffee and I'd love to be able to put it in a converter for pod brewing. That's so much faster and easier than setting it up to brew 1 cup. However, Ninja hasn't joined the modern world and all the converters are too large to fit. Please come out with a Pod sized accessory we can add our own ground coffee to make single cups! PLEASE

Fantastic dual coffee machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m very happy with my new Ninja Dual Coffee maker. This Coffee maker is very simple and easy to setup. Just plug in and do a first cleaning with a water only and then setup the timer and choose your daily fresh coffee. My favorite part is that you have a fresh coffee every time and you can use ground coffee or pods. You can choose from 3x different styles, classic, rich or over ice. My favorite in the morning is the rich. You can use 4x pod sizes and 9 ground brewing coffee options. I love to program my coffee in advance to have my fresh coffee every morning or just press brew and enjoy your delicious coffee at anytime. I have never tasted better coffee. I can’t wait to drink my ice coffee during hot summer days. This coffee machine is very easy to clean, empty the water container and coffee ground container or pods. Definitely recommend to all coffee lovers.

Perfect coffee every time!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so happy with this coffee maker! I love the iced coffee setting for these hot Summer days. I enjoy my coffee dark and rich so the rich setting is what I use. It has great options. The coffee pot is beautiful and you can make different amounts of coffee depending on how many cups you will need. It is sleek in design and fits in with my stainless steel appliances. It holds the scoop on the side as well as the pod attachment. I am now enjoying fresh ground coffee as well as the convenient pods. The digital clock is a nice touch. This machine also has a delayed function. I love it and I highly recommend this for any true coffee lover.
Pros: Coffee pot has multi cup sizes, pods or ground coffee, delayed function, digital clock, sleek design, classic or rich settings and perfect for iced coffee.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Broke in 2 months, returns take forever

I got this for my parents for Christmas Dec 2023, it started having issues in Feb 2024, contacted support, and told me to send it back they'll get a new one to me. What they failed to tell me the first time was it takes over 2 weeks to get a new product back. It's now March 10th, still no new coffee maker. While the product itself worked great while it lasted, this return system is ridiculous and I could've just gotten a refund and got a new coffee maker by now.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Constant Clogging

Got this as a gift. worked well for 3 months. The got the CLOGD message on the display. Called to replace under warranty. The process was smooth. Paid the shipping. Got the replacement within a week… new one ran for 1 week and same issue…

Carafe will crack

I have not had it long and noticed hairline cracks in the glass carafe sometime after simply by brewing coffee day by day. However it appeared inside the carafe and no leaking was present. No weird taste in our coffee so I carried on. Sadly, it has progressed and now there is a huge fracture that is allowing coffee to seep through. I was turning the warmer on as I thought it was designed to do, and I feel it has made it worse. I’m not sure buying a replacement carafe is the most viable option as it seems to be an integrity issue with the glass. So I would assume the same type of carafe needed is going to do the same thing. I’ll have to look for another carafe that can fit under this particular machine and withstand the temperature. The system itself worked fine, but the whole point was to make coffee for large groups AND keep it hot in the carafe so I’m disappointed.

First coffee machine I have ever had that died after 18 months. I was so disappointed. Never buying another Ninja coffee machine.

Bummed Out Coffee Maker

I bought my Coffee maker a bit over a month ago... I set it up and excitedly started using the machine... Let me just say,, I Love Ninja Products and have several items in my home... but after just a couple weeks , my machine starts to puff loudly while pulling the water into the unit.... This lasted a day or two, and then the pump has called it quits, for the most part... Very unfortunate!!! So, for the first time I am sending / returning my Ninja Machine... Terribly Bummed !!!
