Don’t buy this coffee maker!

I received my new coffee maker, made one cup and it hasn’t worked since. Has an error code for cleaning. I’ve ran the clean cycle 4 times and it’s not even pulling the water thru. Very disappointed. Not happy with Ninja at all and won’t buy any additional products of theirs.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This coffee maker does everything!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] You could say I'm a bit of a coffee lover, already owning a French Press, another pod style coffee maker, and a traditional grounds type coffee maker. Coffee is part of my daily morning ritual, as with most people. The one machine I'm missing and have been thinking about getting is a maker that can handle these K-cup pods that are so plentiful at various stores. Enter the Ninja Dualbrew - as they say, "one machine to rule them all"! I was impressed right away with the features this coffee maker boasts. It can brew grounds, pods, hot, or cold brews. Safe to say, this one machine alone has the high potential to obsolete all of my other coffee brewing products.
Unpacking the Ninja was very easy and thoughtfully straightforward. I was impressed that the first thing you see when you unbox it is a set of quick start instructions, telling you how to clear the machine for first time use. No need to dig through the short instruction manual, with the quick start card immediately present in front of you. The various accessories were also nicely taped down for shipping, with edges of the tape folded over to allow for easy removal by the user. I also appreciated this thoughtful arrangement.
The first thing you're supposed to do is flush out the system with a full load of water, so I set about to getting that done. Assembly for this one-time task was straightforward and easily accomplished. After flushing the system, I went ahead and installed the pod adapter to attempt to brew my very first cup of coffee through the Ninja. Swapping adapters was very easy and placing the pod for brewing is intuitively done without needing to reference any instructions. The controls are super easy to use and also intuitive. The machine is as easy as pressing the right buttons, then walking away. It will beep at you when the coffee is done, though the wonderful aroma of the freshly brewed coffee might keep you from walking away too far. The coffee is dispensed into them glass coffee carafe, which rests on a heated plate to make sure your brew stays hot for you.
Pouring the 8 ounce cup into my tumbler, the coffee was piping hot and ready to kick start my morning. Flavor was full and complete, amounting to a perfect brew with the pod.
I have yet to explore the additional features, such as setting the timer for an automatically timed brew, but I will get to that in the coming week.
Overall, I am impressed with the feature set, the flexibility, and ease of use. Definitely a highly recommended machine to replace your other multiple setups!

Great coffe machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the fact we can use both ground coffee and pods by quickly changing the adapter. It brews large 55oz pots but a max of only 12oz for the pods. Not a big deal as you can run it twice for bigger coffee pots. Cleaning is a breeze and will keep using this for a while.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this awesome coffee maker about a month ago and it is an awesome product. I think that this is a perfect combination coffee maker. You have the choice of either coffee grounds or to use k pods. It brews some of the best coffee. It is a great addition to your kitchen. It is very easy-to-use and easy to clean up after and it doesn't take up any more space than your old coffee maker. I am definitely telling my family and friends about this great product.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The coffee is not hot enough. When you put a reasonable amount of half and half in your cup, the coffee is not warm enough.🙈

Coffee tastes terrible!

No matter what I do the coffee tastes terrible! It doesn’t matter if I freshly grind the beans, filter the water, clean the machine as much as possible - it always tastes like crap. Would never buy a Ninja coffee maker again, I’m sorry. I wanted to like it.

Good and...frustrating

We have owned this machine for about 2 years. It is functional and easy to use and makes coffee quickly....
BUT... it has a few flaws! When using a pod (with the pod holder inserted) it spits coffee outside the cup on to the counter! I use a tall cup and it spits! I use a shorter cup on the pull down ledge and it spits.
2nd flaw: It is very difficult to clean the water container. The gasket (?) inside the container at the bottom gets green...as does the small corner next to it. Using the cleaning cycle does nothing to alleviate it. There is no way to clean the green stuff.
