Just bought this coffee maker. Was skeptical at first. But it has so far paid for itself. Coffee taste better. Tea is great in it. Easy controls. This machine is awesome. Compared to competitors. This one blows them out of the park when it comes to quality of the product.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Lemon!! Beware!!

While this coffee pot has all the bells and whistles, it doesn’t work right. it overflows if you make a full pot 75% of the time, the delay didn’t work this morning and i woke up to a hot empty pot on the warmer. My mom was dying of cancer when i bought this, so i have no idea what i did with the receipt, so am stuck with this overpriced hunk of garbage 🤦‍♀️
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

DONT BUY

the ground coffee method sucks! grounds clog up the strainer and coffee goes everywhere its about 8 months old and its useless . I have cleaned it and tried different grinds of beans still clogs and makes a mess. I have the same problems as many others here. dont buy this one!

Wow! Love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used to have two appliances on my counter, one to make coffee, tea and hot cocoa with pods, and one using grounds. I love that I only need one appliance on my counter now. First of all, let me say because it’s Ninja, it’s fabulous. I have several Ninja countertop appliances, and every one of them works fabulous. Second I love that I can use one appliance to make coffee with pods or make coffee with grounds. It’s also very nice that it has a place right on the coffee maker to store the additional parts so you don’t have to have another place for all the attachments. This is a great little kitchen helper.

1st one was awesome, then disasters

We purchased one of these dual coffee makers in our other seasonal home. Love it, so purchased a second for this home, and, sorry to say, have had troubles with it. Support was very helpful by sending us new parts to try, and finally, a whole new machine. The latest new machine gave us one cup of coffee, then blowup of grounds in every cup thereafter. So disappointed, no sense in spending more time on the phone with their support, we're going to accept defeat, and find a different brand.

Makes Pod and Ground coffee equally well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great machine for the average coffee drinker. Simple to use, sleek in design, and compact enough for most size kitchens. It is really simple to use and set up, and makes a good cup or carafe of coffee. For pods, the flavor is much better than the usual pod machine makes. For grounds, the quality is great no matter if it's a small cup or a whole carafe. It is easy to switch between ground and pods when necessary, and the adapter holder is convenient and saves counter/drawer space in the kitchen. The Over Ice is a great addition for iced coffee drinkers. This maker is great!

Terrible to keep clean

Had this for about 4 months now. After replacing another Ninja pot not because it was bad we just wanted a pod feature. We own several Ninja products but one thing will not be the coffee pots. With this unit , the measure sizes are strange. Have yet to be able to get the coffee to a good flavor. We grind coffee but when you do use the pod feature it forces the grounds into the cup.
Now for the biggest issue and why I’m replacing it. Being able to keep it clean. This thing has so many crevices you open the lid and water buildup on the lid goes into the lip and holes taking coffee grounds with it. And we have noticed mold that can’t properly get to clean it. Then there is a shifter to stop the pour mid way it also has opening trapping coffee grounds and moisture. Also the craft when put into the dishwasher, the handle and upper ring around the glass fills with water first time I took it out I put it back on the machine hours later the water had slowly leaked down the counter and cabinets so now we just sit it in the sink for the water to drain out. Ninja really needs to find a way to make this an easier clean because mold is a nasty issue.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Terrible, do not buy

Thought we would change up our coffee maker from a Keurig to this Ninja coffee maker. The k-cup feature is absolutely garbage. We can never get a cup of coffee without coffee grounds. The maker requires cleaning frequently. A HUGE safety concern is that the pressure builds up when making a kcup and then the top pops up and hot coffee splashes everywhere. A lawsuit waiting to happen. Spend your money on something else.
