[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the convenience of being able to make both iced and hot coffee! It also has a nice selection of different amounts of coffee you can brew at one time. It also has separate attachments for either coffee pods or just classic grounds, which makes it even more versatile. The adapters can be stored nicely behind the pot instead of taking up more storage space in your kitchen.

It's compatible with coffee grounds and k-cups.it has a Removable water reservoir. It comes with ninja Removable grounds adapter, Removable pod adapter, 12 cup glass carafe,paper filter kit and smart scoop. It really make a great tasting Coffee. I highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this dualbrew coffee maker. My husband uses grounds and likes it hot I prefer flavored pods ice coffee. We drink A LOT of coffee now we both drink it the way we love and enjoy it. It's super easy to use and offers alot of options. It honestly couldn't be any better for us.
It's sleek and looks great on the kitchen counter only taking up the space of 1 appliance instead of 2 it's perfect for all coffee drinkers.

It works for both ground coffee and pods, which is great for my house, because we all have different tastes and flavors in coffee. It is super easy to use and I didn't have a problem with it at all. I just fill it up with water, and select what kind of coffee I am in the mood for. It's also great for making iced coffee. I highly recommend this coffee maker to anyone who wants to try is. You won't regret it!

Superior coffee pod flavor

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use a mix of ground coffee and coffee bags as I love to try different brands and flavors. First I tried standard ground coffee and a paper filter and wow -- a clear difference. The coffee maker consistently made rich coffee across several different bags of coffee, whereas my previous one was rather picky. And then the coffee pods. Holy wow, the difference is significant. Whereas in other machines, pods will be often be slightly more watery and even bitter/sour, the Ninja makes them full and more like standard ground coffee. This was surprising, as I've used brand names who specifically cater to coffee pods and they don't come close to how well the Ninja handles pods. An absolute recommend if you're a dynamic coffee enjoyer or want your pods to be up to par with, well, non-pod coffee.

Has a clogging issue but can be avoided pushing K

Purchased month ago. Nicer design than what we replaced BUT it has a clogging problem which should be explained… When you put a K-cup in the top holder when you close the lid the hot water tube pierces top than pierces bottom forcing coffee up tube clogging it. I used a paper clip to clear coffee, And just push K-cup down first to pierce bottom first and there will be no pressure on the K-cup when the fill tube pierces the top foil. Would have given better review if not for this

I spent a lot of time studying various combination coffee makers. Some were too big, some too complicated, and some had too many functions, ie frother. I kept coming back to this coffee maker. For a household of one, this seemed perfect and it is. Once I became familiar with the correct ounces of water/coffee, using it was a breeze. Pros: Easy to use, easy to fill water container, produces great coffee, and is easy to clean. It does not take up an over large amount of space on my counter. Con: I just wish the coffee was a little hotter. I’ve yet to figure out the warm button.
