Terrible, do not buy.

We bought this 1 month ago, it is the least efficient and most high maintenance coffee maker I've ever used. It's terrible and requires far too much maintenance. The mornings have gotten worse because of this coffee maker.
The coffee get clogged, ends up on top of the carafe, this is fail on Ninja's design team.

Great quality!

I bought this a few weeks ago, so far, my fiancé & I LOVE it!
It brews ice coffee so strong and fresh! Also, we love the design in the back that holds the K-cup insert!! Very thought through on the manufacture's part! over all 10/10 Best quality. I have multiple ninja products and would highly recommend they are worth the bang for your buck!

Great Coffee Maker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently got the Ninja DualBrew Hot &Iced Coffee Maker and it is wonderful. I absolutely love that I can have my hot coffees and also the cold brew I love both I really like that I can make a pot or a cup I am an older lady and the pot is so easy to use . I definitely recommend this pot to everyone is is fantastic.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Design: very practical and looks good on the counter. This machine can use Pods as well as regular filters with a swap of the basket. The unused basket stores nicely on the back of the unit. The measuring spoon also store on the unit which is really nice and intentional.
Function: Very intuitive. I usually just fill the removable tank all the way every morning. You have multiple selections of filling. From single cup to full pot. It even has a ice coffee selection in which you fill the carafe up with ice before hand and brew into it. I have used that function as I don't drink Iced coffee but seem pretty simple.
The drip stop is nice. Most the "auto stop" ones still drip after removing the carafe, but this actually works.
The unit also has delay and brew strength function as well.

Great multi-purpose coffee maker for diverse needs

I bought this unit about a month ago. We have a diverse household of tastes. I enjoy my pot of coffee during the morning, my daughter likes her own pod a coffee and my wife enjoys iced coffees in the afternoon. This unit delivers on all of those wants. I added the permanent filter to the mix, which works great instead of dealing with paper filters. Turning on the warming plate if someone else uses the unit for something else seems to be hidden, if not accessible which is annoying. Overall, great unit that can perform multiple styles and tasks well.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great machine!

Over the years since k-cups have been around, we have bought several (too many actually) coffee brewers from a different and popular manufacturer because not a single one lasted more than a year or a year and a half. Being an owner of Ninja kitchen knives, I decided to try one of their coffee brewers. I love this brewer. It is so easy to set up, use and to clean. It brews the perfect cup of coffee every time and the coffee stays nice and hot (but absolutely drinkable!). This is so worth it - I strongly recommend it.

Only works 75% of the time

i have the model before this one and since the day I bought it, works correctly about only about 75% of the time. It will not make the full 55 oz and today the warmer didn't come on.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
