Great for pods.. not sure about a full pot

It’s great for pods. But when I use it to make a full pot of coffee.. grounds end up in my coffee. I’m using Cafe Bustello and it’s happened three times now. Idk if I should return it

My husband recently lost his coffeemaker of a different brand, while I am permanently bound to Ninja, I convinced him to get him this one. I am happy with my PB051, and he is now happy with this one. We love the features, the coffee turns out great and it is easy to use and even easier to program.

Defective reservoir valve

Reservoir check valve leaks out of the box. All other features seem to work well.

Bye bye, Keurig

I've waited a couple months to write a review, but happy to report this machine is really performing for us. I was so dang sick of buying a Keurig machine and having it bite the dust a year or two later, even though I descaled it on schedule, etc.
I decided to take a risk and buy this machine and I'm so glad I did. I can use a k-cup or refillable k-cup or I can simply use a paper filter and brew myself a travel mug of drip coffee. I make my husband a full pot and he nurses that all day.
Yes, there's a bit of futziness swapping out the various parts depending on how you're going to brew, but it's well worth it to have so many options in one machine.
The machine even does all the descaling for you over a 75 min run, so you're not standing around pushing a descale button over and over like on a Keurig.

Electrical issues

We have three of these and all three have had electrical issues.
Ninja was amazing at helping warranty them but you get the same model and it has the same issue. We bought one for our daughter’s apartment and she had the same issue.

The only downside for this machine is you can’t open the lid with one hand it’s a little tight, everything else is great, I love it.
I would recommend this to a friend!
