[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used in our guest suite and guests love having it! It enables our guests to have great fresh coffee in the privacy of their own room! No issues with it really, this is our second NINJA and most likely not that last.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Ninja DualBrew Hot & Iced Coffee Maker is really nice. It makes a good pot of coffee and great for the occasional single serve pod. I really liked that it comes with its own grounds scoop that has a place to keep it on the side so it doesn’t get lost. The iced coffee option is nice as well. It also has a reliable timer for a programmed pot or cup in the morning. The only thing I didn’t like was that to use the single serve you have to swap out the top part which is different. Overall it’s a nice coffee machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Ninja DuaBrew Hot & Iced Coffee Maker is a great multi-use product!
For starters, it makes a great fresh pot of coffee. You can also make a cup of coffee (using an enclosed cup shelf). Then you can even use coffee pods (separate insert), which is absolutely amazing. No need to get a second coffee machine!

Superior coffee pod flavor

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use a mix of ground coffee and coffee bags as I love to try different brands and flavors. First I tried standard ground coffee and a paper filter and wow -- a clear difference. The coffee maker consistently made rich coffee across several different bags of coffee, whereas my previous one was rather picky. And then the coffee pods. Holy wow, the difference is significant. Whereas in other machines, pods will be often be slightly more watery and even bitter/sour, the Ninja makes them full and more like standard ground coffee. This was surprising, as I've used brand names who specifically cater to coffee pods and they don't come close to how well the Ninja handles pods. An absolute recommend if you're a dynamic coffee enjoyer or want your pods to be up to par with, well, non-pod coffee.

We use it all the time, I like you can make hot or cold and use grounds or the kcups. The kids like making the Coffee they said it is so fun to use.
