Bought this a few weeks ago, use it multiple times a day. Works well. I have a few thing I wish I could change such as just wish it allowed you to change the temperature the coffee brews at. A 8oz cup of coffee is no longer hot within a few minutes of brewing. I like my coffee hot while I’m drinking it and not having to reheat it to enjoy. 🫤

I spent a lot of time studying various combination coffee makers. Some were too big, some too complicated, and some had too many functions, ie frother. I kept coming back to this coffee maker. For a household of one, this seemed perfect and it is. Once I became familiar with the correct ounces of water/coffee, using it was a breeze. Pros: Easy to use, easy to fill water container, produces great coffee, and is easy to clean. It does not take up an over large amount of space on my counter. Con: I just wish the coffee was a little hotter. I’ve yet to figure out the warm button.

Has a clogging issue but can be avoided pushing K

Purchased month ago. Nicer design than what we replaced BUT it has a clogging problem which should be explained… When you put a K-cup in the top holder when you close the lid the hot water tube pierces top than pierces bottom forcing coffee up tube clogging it. I used a paper clip to clear coffee, And just push K-cup down first to pierce bottom first and there will be no pressure on the K-cup when the fill tube pierces the top foil. Would have given better review if not for this

Great except for one, little thing

We read all the reviews before purchasing and we haven't experienced any of those issues. HOWEVER, I love my grind coffee and I'd love to be able to put it in a converter for pod brewing. That's so much faster and easier than setting it up to brew 1 cup. However, Ninja hasn't joined the modern world and all the converters are too large to fit. Please come out with a Pod sized accessory we can add our own ground coffee to make single cups! PLEASE

I was sent this as a replacement for a machine I had bought that was only thee months old that was not working properly.
1) the basket area doesn’t swing out but raises up. So if you have it on your counter under your upper cabinets you have to drag it out to load and unload the baskets.
2) way to many pieces to keep up with. This thing has a sensor in it that tells it whether or not you’re using k-cup or the filter attachment and if neither one is in it won’t do anything.
3) nothing drains properly! When you raise the lid to clean the basket or empty the k-cup you have an accumulation of water that won’t drain until the lid is in the up position.
4) I do not recommend this product and hopefully will have them replace it with one that is not so aggravating to use!

I purchased this item a couple of weeks ago and upon opening it, there were only 4-#4 paper cone filters. I work so hard to keep my trash to a minimum so the fact that there wasn't a permanent filter to fit the brew basket was a huge disappointment. I expected to have to purchase separate. ( More on that later). The directions to make a classic or rich travel size coffee was followed but the coffee sucked. Yes, I primed it. Then I threw caution to the wind and used the same amount of coffee I used in my prior and well-loved machine. Coffee is OK now but certainly does not live up to the stellar reviews. Then I went online to find the excluded permanent filter and there isn't one listed or available for this Model # CFP101. NinjaKitchen should be better than this! Climate crisis in process and anyone who purchases this machine is supposed to buy disposable paper filters for the life of the appliance. WHY AREN"T WE BEYOND THIS NONSENSE? Lastly, I refused to accept the situation so I took an old permanent filter from my previous machine and tried it in the Ninja, no go. The lid won't close and the appliance won't operate if the lid or top of the appliance isn't latched. I took that previous permanent cone filter into my garage along with the brew basket to test the fit once I reshaped it. I actually stepped on it to get the 2 flatter sides. Oops, too far then I went the other direction with my hands and I had it. You can do it too. You have nothing to lose. NinjaKitchen would have received a return if this had not worked. No, I would not recommend this appliance but if you find yourself lured by the stellar reviews and the price, there are work arounds.

Lacking functionality

I am usually a huge fan of Ninja products, but I am pretty disappointed with this coffee maker. While the coffee itself comes out as expected, the warmer turns off way too soon and I end up with cold coffee everyday. The second is that I cannot seem to find an reusable pods that will fit this machine making it much more of a hassle when I only need to brew on cup.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using my new Ninja® DualBrew Hot & Iced Coffee Maker for the last couple months. Admittedly, due to the hot summer months, it's been used exclusively for the iced coffee maker feature. The coffee has been delicious and seens less acidic then cold brew from the coffee shops.
I would recommend this to a friend!
