Hard to open!

I first loved this duel brew cofffee maker until it became very hard to open within 2 weeks. Returned it and re bought it thinking it had to be defected. The second one is still extremely hard to open my thumb actually hurts now. I gave up and bought another kuerig.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Grounds everywhere

We have been using this coffee maker for 2 weeks now and when use the single serve option with coffee k-cups, all the grounds are spilling into the cup. This has occurred 8 out of 10 times. A friend of ours that recommended this coffee maker has the same one and never had this problem.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

So far I like my Ninja coffee maker. The only problem is the delay. To set the delay it is like I want to change the time every night. So it takes more time than just pushing one button like my other coffee machine.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We had an old Ninja years ago and when it was time, we opted to go with a cheaper replacement. BIG MISTAKE. Coffee was awful. Ninja brews a wonderful cup of coffee and you will use less coffee than with other makers. I love the size versatility and being able to use pods if I choose to. The storage feature for the scoop and adapter is a wonderful touch and the iced coffee feature works flawlessly. Absolutely love NINJA

Strange prest ounce settings

I like the machine and what it does but I'm disappointed that Ninja changed the preset oz settings. There is no longer a 4 ounce setting...and it's hard to believe but there is not a 16 ounce setting when that is probably the most common travel mug size. So now I can only do 14 ounces into my 16oz mug because the next setting is 18 ounces, but a 20 ounce mug, (next most common size) doesnt fit under the spout because it's too tall. I regret getting this unit and want to find one that has a 16 ounce setting.

Didn’t live up to expectations

Just got this and so far not impressed at all - doesn’t work with compostable pods. The contents of the pod -80% ended up in the cup.
Pot takes a long time as well and just seems very messy.
Disappointed.
Been a fan of Ninja for years, but they missed the mark on his one.
Back to Keurig we go.

I love the Ninja. It makes great coffee and I think its is great to have the option of a pot of coffee as well as the pot. It has lots of options and it makes life easy when you have a dual brewer like the Ninja Dualbrew.
