[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This coffee maker is everything! So many functions and features and I am having so much fun picking a brew size and style. It has a hot water only function which I love for my tea bags and hot chocolate packets. The frother feature is such a delight! It has a large water reservoir which is nice. Also I love that it comes with a 12 cup carafe so I can switch to instead of using alot of pods when I'm home throughout the day. It's easy to clean and looks beautiful on the counter.

This is my second coffee maker in 7years from ninja. I love ninja products. But this coffee maker is loud when you turn it on. And it leaves water in the reservoir. Not normal
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
