Coffee is good but this newer model is extremely noisey! We had an older model that was great but just wore out. This newer model brews good coffee but gurgles very loudly!

Great coffee machine, it took me 3/4 use to find my right balance between coffee and water ( I like it the European way, stronger than most coffee here ). But nothing to be afraid off, it’s actually pretty easy with the pre setup from the coffee machine.

Over the years since k-cups have been around, we have bought several (too many actually) coffee brewers from a different and popular manufacturer because not a single one lasted more than a year or a year and a half. Being an owner of Ninja kitchen knives, I decided to try one of their coffee brewers. I love this brewer. It is so easy to set up, use and to clean. It brews the perfect cup of coffee every time and the coffee stays nice and hot (but absolutely drinkable!). This is so worth it - I strongly recommend it.

Bummed Out Coffee Maker

I bought my Coffee maker a bit over a month ago... I set it up and excitedly started using the machine... Let me just say,, I Love Ninja Products and have several items in my home... but after just a couple weeks , my machine starts to puff loudly while pulling the water into the unit.... This lasted a day or two, and then the pump has called it quits, for the most part... Very unfortunate!!! So, for the first time I am sending / returning my Ninja Machine... Terribly Bummed !!!

Great multi-purpose coffee maker for diverse needs

I bought this unit about a month ago. We have a diverse household of tastes. I enjoy my pot of coffee during the morning, my daughter likes her own pod a coffee and my wife enjoys iced coffees in the afternoon. This unit delivers on all of those wants. I added the permanent filter to the mix, which works great instead of dealing with paper filters. Turning on the warming plate if someone else uses the unit for something else seems to be hidden, if not accessible which is annoying. Overall, great unit that can perform multiple styles and tasks well.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Terrible to keep clean

Had this for about 4 months now. After replacing another Ninja pot not because it was bad we just wanted a pod feature. We own several Ninja products but one thing will not be the coffee pots. With this unit , the measure sizes are strange. Have yet to be able to get the coffee to a good flavor. We grind coffee but when you do use the pod feature it forces the grounds into the cup.
Now for the biggest issue and why I’m replacing it. Being able to keep it clean. This thing has so many crevices you open the lid and water buildup on the lid goes into the lip and holes taking coffee grounds with it. And we have noticed mold that can’t properly get to clean it. Then there is a shifter to stop the pour mid way it also has opening trapping coffee grounds and moisture. Also the craft when put into the dishwasher, the handle and upper ring around the glass fills with water first time I took it out I put it back on the machine hours later the water had slowly leaked down the counter and cabinets so now we just sit it in the sink for the water to drain out. Ninja really needs to find a way to make this an easier clean because mold is a nasty issue.

I love good coffee- this brewer has a great range of choices in brewing….Cannot go wrong with it!
One thing I would like is for a shorter version~ one that fits UNDER my cabinet - not have to sit it 1/2 way to the walk….
