Love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received and opened immediately. Love the easy to follow instruction. So far I have tried traditional soft serve recipe and milkshakes. The machine is easy to use, due to the individual function buttons. All parts are easy to remove and clean. I like that there are arrows and lock/unlock buttons to ensure a secure fit. The recipe book is helpful and provides many different ideas for flavors and healthy options.
Some of the cons would be that all ingredients have to be blended and frozen for at least a day prior to use, which means planning ahead. I have never owned an ice cream maker, so that may be standard wait time. It is important to note this is not a blender, so no ice or large ingredients. I did check the previous model and noticed the soft serve function is new, so this alone may not be enough for someone to upgrade. For me this machine is perfect, the size is not too large for storage and clean up is quick.

Creami Swirl is worth the wait

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Ninja Creami Swirl helped us make absolutely delicious ice cream. We made chocolate soft serve and a vanilla scoop with cookie dough mix-ins. We even tweaked the recipe and used skim milk instead of whole milk and it still turned out delicious. The only things that keep it from getting 5 stars was that it didn’t completely make the ice cream, only mixed it to make it the right consistency. We had to prep and freeze pints for 24 hours beforehand, so that part was a bit of a bummer. Also, it was way louder than we expected. We had just put our newborn down so if we had known that we would have planned accordingly. The pints are dishwasher safe which is great. Overall, we’d recommend this because it made such delicious ice cream that even with the 24 hour prep, it was worth it.

Ninja Creami Swirl

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so happy with this product! The first time I used it, I made pineapple sorbet. It turned out really good. I used a can of crushed pineapples, put in the freezer for 24 hours, and I added a little vanilla extract while making it, which helped make it a little sweeter. You can make so many things with this, like I cream, fruit whip, frozen yogurt, milkshakes, protein shakes, etc. It comes with a recipe guide that has a ton of different recipes. The guide also has very clear instructions how to make recipes, how to clean it, and how to set it all up. There is also a QR code you can scan, which gives you more information and there is even a video showing how to make something. I'm excited to try more recipes!

Easy to used, easy to clean

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ice cream quality is fantastic. The noise is really not that bad. Machine is a little too heavy. Very easy to use and it’s nice to have a ice cream on demand everytime my kids want it.

Oh so good

We really enjoyed making the vanilla soft serve ice cream. The recipe was easy to make, and the machine was easy to use. I love that all the parts can go in the dishwasher. The machine is a bit noisy but that's okay because the ice cream was very delicious.

You can pretty much stick anything in it to make icecream in many different ways. My kids are obsessed and we have made it a Friday night tradition! I definitely recommend!

Super cool, easy to use, but bulky and loud

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow! This was my first time using a Ninja Creami and it’s pretty cool. Based on the number of booklets, stickers to remove, etc I was a little intimidated but it all came together quick and was very intuitive.
Recipes - I’ve found my own on social media and also tried one out of the provided recipe book that was yummy! Once you get the base down, it’s very easy to try new things.
Noise - I saw a lot of comments on how noisy the OG Creami was and some said this one was quieter. If that’s the case then yikes since this one was pretty noisy. It’s essentially blending a solid chunk of liquid so it stands to reason it would be loud though.
I carved out a space in my kitchen to keep it permanently but it is a large piece of kitchen equipment and could be annoying if it had to be moved around a lot. Something to think about if you will only use it once or twice a week.
