Love my swirl. Sold my deluxe . The swirl is the best if both worlds. Fabulous scoopable ice cream wonderful soft serve. Worth every penny.

Needs improvement

The lock on the soft serve machine does not work well. It gets stuck and my husband and I can’t unlock it and he’s really strong. Unfortunately can’t use the soft serve feature and I wish I stayed with the previous model.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bought this the day it came out. Makes surprisingly delicious soft serve. Some of the recipes aren’t the greatest but most are good. Vanilla soft serve was so-so but the chocolate was amazing. We’ve had some amazing sorbets from canned fruit and some good scoopables. I really wish extra containers were cheaper. Because I would love to have a bunch of them ready to process sitting in my freezer. Waiting 24 hours for them to freeze up is torture.

The machine is nice and makes great ice cream I’m impressed… I would make cups with an easy pull divider so people can make two flavors at once… Like a chocolate vanilla swirl at the same time… or you can make cups with a permanent divider and update the extractor to accommodate the new cups.. Either way the machine isn’t perfect but it does its job…

I am obsessed! This is my new favorite kitchen appliance. I got hooked on the simple frozen pineapple. It is the most awesome treat coming out of this machine! Super easy to use, freeze, spin & swirl, it is that easy. Comes with a great recipe book that is very easy to follow and implement. My kids love this, the neighborhood kids love this, its a hit a kid sleep overs. Everything cleans up nicely. Be the cool mom, buy this....

We have had this for a couple weeks and it works great. We have used 10+ times. It is definitely well build. The grandkids love the soft serve feature. Prep work for the different types of ice cream is easy and fast. Looking forward to getting more pints so I have an adequate supply of ice cream in the freezer.
