Terrible item breaks first time using

The swirl lid got stuck the first time using and ninja wants us to mail them the unit so they can charge us for them to mail a replacement unit. We’re returning it to the store
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It's awesome, but it's not..

I absolutely love the idea, but not the design. 1. The lids are no longer see-through so that "fixes" the mold issue, because you can't see it. 2. The bottom base of the swirl pints are hard to clean and have to much contact so there's no way to dry it separately. 3. When I called Ninja to tell them about this I was completely ignored, brushed off.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

When washing the containers, lids, and paddle by hand, use warm, soapy water. Then thoroughly rinse and air-dry all parts. They are also top rack dishwasher safe. i bought this a month ago and after watching someone else use this I sent it back. if I have to do all the work and freeze it the night before just to add it to the machine and it makes it softer than it's worth the time. I want a machine that you add liquid then the device will freeze and dispense all at the same time. Not worth it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I’ve only had the machine since March and used it sparingly. The lid is breaking apart and leaving chunks of plastic in the ice cream.

Too big in price and size and too little return

Very large machine that takes much planning to make icecream. I want to return it. Also I ordered one but they charged and shipped two so I had to go through sending it back. It’s basically preparing the icecream the day before then running it through the machine to mix and soften it. It would be great if the machine could make the icecream and pump it out
