The outer bowl broke the 3rd time I used it! The inside bottom piece broke! Of coarse that part isn’t under warranty!

Simple, Healthy, and Surprisingly Fun

This ice cream maker is really easy to use and clean.
I like that I can customize recipes and try different flavors depending on my mood.
What I like the most is that I can use good-quality milk and ***replace sugar with zero-calorie allulose***. It feels good to make ice cream that tastes great but doesn’t make me feel guilty. Simple and satisfying.

i love the machine, but i bought it for my grandson whom is autistic and i really can't enjoy it with him because loud noises triggers him so i really haven't been able to enjoy it with him as much as i thought i would be able to .

I love this ice cream machine so much. I had just purchased this previous model less than a year ago right before this came out. As soon as it came out, I knew I had to have it. I rehomed the other and bought this and I am in love. I make protein ice cream and I love that this has the option to make soft serve. I wish the contianers were as big as the previous model but it’s enough for 1 (or 2 small servings).
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great product however, it is exspensive and like every other machine I looked into you still have to freeze your ingredients for 24hrs. It comes with a small recipe book which is great for beginners. I ordered extra containers so I can make different flavors as this only comes with 2.

Poorly Designed from top to bottom

I bought this as a gift for my husband. I’ve never been so disappointed with a purchase. The only upside was it is easy to return. It is very aesthetic, this does not make up for the poor design flaws throughout. I left the pints out 15 minutes to thaw and passed it through the mixer 2 times on the first ice cream before putting on the swirl side. It only did a little over half before it put out an error and I would have had to mix it again on the right side, but as the piece that pushes the ice cream out backed up to release the pint a bunch of ice cream ended up behind the seal, then I had liquid ice cream running all down the side of the machine. Normally this would not be an issue only another design flaw, there is a seam halfway down with a small gap. This makes it impossible to clean. It also got all over the piece that turns the swirl part to push it forward, if they made this piece removable it would make it much easier to clean, however it is inside the machine and impossible to clean all the crevices. I can’t imagine how filthy this thing gets over time. The pints are also impossible to clean as they do not completely come apart (you can find several videos online and customers complaining about mold growing because it never dries). Also after doing a second ice cream I passed it through the mixer 4 times and it did go through the swirl side after that. Once it pushed out as much as it could there was still a pretty decent amount left in the bottom of the pint, we just had to scoop it out at that point.
I really wanted this to work, it was just way too much work and so much clean up and too many parts that were poorly designed.

Love the swirl feature!

I have had the Ninja Creami, 7 the Ninja Creami 11, and now this. I absolutely love it, as does my husband. The ice cream recipe I use makes very creamy ice cream and I love swirling it in a dish, or on a cone.
I would recommend this to a friend!
