Great product however, it is exspensive and like every other machine I looked into you still have to freeze your ingredients for 24hrs. It comes with a small recipe book which is great for beginners. I ordered extra containers so I can make different flavors as this only comes with 2.

I brought the machine servals months ago and used it about 3times. I like the machine but i feel as though I’m making the ice cream and the machine is just a dispenser

Needs improvement

The lock on the soft serve machine does not work well. It gets stuck and my husband and I can’t unlock it and he’s really strong. Unfortunately can’t use the soft serve feature and I wish I stayed with the previous model.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I’ve only had the machine since March and used it sparingly. The lid is breaking apart and leaving chunks of plastic in the ice cream.
