Best AC ever

We purchase the 10000 btu inverter AC first, but didn't rate it. We liked how quiet it is, how cool it feels at a higher temperature than our old unit. The 8000 btu unit is every bit as good. They are smaller and lighter than the older models. And they both use little electricity as viewed on the mobile app.

Quiet and Clean Window AC!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a really good quality window air conditioner unit! It has the SmartHQ app feature that lets you control the temperature from your phone. It also has a “quiet” feature, which really softens the noise. I’ve had window AC units in the past that have been pretty loud, and this one is closer to the noise of a soft fan. Overall, I highly recommend this unit for those who don’t like loud sounds at night!

So far so good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far this is working great, I can tell you more when I get my power bill. It’s very quiet with plenty of settings for any specific need. The only reason I gave this unit 4 stars is because the metal box under the unit which rests on the window sill was bent and had to be straightened. The box was sealed and strapped and not dented or torn in any way. This had to have occurred at the factory while packing. The sliding panels on the side don’t seal very well. We used foam and painters tape to seal all air leaks before installing the insulation panels. Worke like a champ!

Great Ac unit!
