The bread needs to be cut so thin to fit two pieces into the toaster, it’s very difficult. I guess some store bought brands that are squishy would work, but for us it would take away from the quality of the sandwich. It’s expensive and I wish I had taken a pass.

We really like this accessory. We find two sequences of toast level 6 in a row works best (we have the older version of the Instaglo that does not have the Panini setting.). We do worry a bit about the juices that can leak down when meat or cheese is in the bread.
However, it opens up many more possibilities for the roaster, and we love it! And we love the toaster., money well spent.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Hi Chris, We are so happy you are enjoying your Panini Press & your toaster! If the press is closed tight enough it shouldn't leak out. If you see it does you may want to use less ingredients in the sandwich so the press will close tighter.

Not worth the money. Doesn't really melt the cheese, the sandwich is just meat in-between 2 slices of toast. Would not recommend. If you want a panini, get a panini press, but do not expect that panini experience with this.
