Used hair iron

It’s not that hard to figure out that a hair straightener has been used. The sides of the straightener are faded and there was dirt on the sides of the plates and the iron itself. When I buy a new product from what I thought was a reputable company I expect to get a brand new product not a used product. Not only is this just messed up it’s really unethical and I will never purchase anything from this company again. Stay away they are sending you products that other people have returned.

This iron is perfect. Doesn’t compromise volume and still gets your hair hot comb-oven ceramic STRAIGHT. There is a different between flat and straight . This iron won’t tug or pull. It lasted me for 12 years and I am only just now having to purchase another . BUY IT

Love this iron , I have purchased it over my 20 year year career as a stylist and I continue to purchase a new one every other year.
I use it for short hair clients and for the edges when I am straightening hair. It can be used on all textures of hair.
Awesome tool to have in your arsenal!
