I like the way that it heats up but i've bought a couple pair in the past and they lasted a long time. Very durable but now they seem to be made with cheaper materials as far as the outside goes. I'll see how they hold up.

I have been a hairstylist for 20+ years. I have always used Chi brand flat irons. My on/off button fell off of the Chi last week. I was in need of a very good Flat iron. Bought this one on sale at my beauty supplier. Never have used this brand, so felt like i was just taking a chance! I love it! Glides through the hair... So smooth! Pleasantly surprised!
