The bolt holding the foot plate to the machine continues to work its way off on both sides I check it before I start and tighten it but I can’t get thru 10 minutes before it falls off

It took me awhile to assemble it because I don't have patient to read the instructions; therefore, I looked it up in the computer how to assemble it and it helped me out. however, I am so happy with the machine; after I was done with putting it together, I tested it. I loved it!!!! I can do my own work out in my house.

Tooo short inseam requirements.

Why is this for 30 to 40” inseam? Why not made for shorter people? How many people are 40” inseam? You have justPhil lost a customer. I’m 6’ tall and 30” inseam.

Awesome low impact machine

Great machine. Supports our bad backs and gives a good workout. I have an inseam of around 30 inches and I was very worried that I’d be too short, but it works just fine for me.
I think maybe I should have gone for the next model up with the built in programs. I’ll use the app but I think my husband would have appreciated the programs. The other main difference is that the handles on this one don’t adjust but the position is fine for us.
Assembly took me 4-5 hours but I put it together myself. Parts were labeled well. I used the assembly video and the instructions. I did notice that the order of assembly is slightly that different in each. The box is 118lbs so we opened it near the delivery site and carried the parts to the basement and assembled there.

Like everything about the bike except. I’m short and ordered the appropriate bike but the handles are not adjustable and my arms hit the seat as they work with the feet.

Excellent, meets all my expectations!
A lot of assembly required, detailed instructions very good but diagrams small. Need to careful all rotating joints are fully tightened!!!
