Maintenance is a problem

I love the cross trainer. I get a great workout and it’s easy on my knees.
However, I’ve had my machine for a year, used it almost everyday and the parts have worn down, which is to be expected. Unfortunately, Sunny doesn’t have any relationships with firms that can service their equipment. The onus is on you to service your machine. I had to order special tools to take the machine apart in order to diagnose. I have no idea what I’m looking at and don’t know what I’m supposed to look at to diagnose. One thing that’s apparent is the belt is worn. As I look at the machine, there’s no easy way to replace it.

Wish seat would swing out

Wish seat would swing out for easy access. I just had surgery, very difficult to get on seat.

This product needs help

sturdy construction. resistance levels are far too low. I'm 77 and have spent 3 months in hospital this past year and I started on 12. Having to pull batteries to shut down you have got to be kidding me

Spent about 3hrs. assembly. Working with the machine about a week and feels sturdy and well made. Really appreciate the quietness in early morning workout.

Having some difficulty with one

Great product

Came on time, easy assembly. Operates smoothly, very comfortable seat. Great for us. We are retired and unable to get out easily. Exercising on this equipment is sohelpful to maintain mobility and muscle integrity. No hesitation recommending this ite
