We took a chance and ended up loving it

We got this adjustable bed in the split king. Having the beds in the form of two twin-XL frames made setup so much easier than a full size one we assembled for a relative. The twin frames are still manageable for flipping the frame over one the legs are screwed in. We use memory foam mattresses from Zinus. The remote control has the controls laid out in a logical order. We like the underbed illumination since our dog is elderly and her sight isn't good; with the light on under the bed, she can see her steps and isn't afraid to step down off the bed. The motors have worked flawlessly. The "massage" is kind of a joke, though some might like it. We just wanted wireless remotes and the ability to charge our phones at night and this ticked off both the boxes. My husband weighs 400 lbs and the bed is rock solid for him. We're very pleased with this bed frame and recommend it to many people!

Cons and Pros of Adjustable Bed with Massage

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I rated the adjustable bed with 3 stars because when assembling it we discovered that one of the holes for the legs was made wrong. The leg was very difficult to screw into the hole. When it was all the way the ridges got stripped some and so it's not tight like the others. But since we won't be moving it around and the weight of the bed is on all the legs, it should be okay. The other reason I rated it 3 stars is because you can only use massage in the flat position. What's with that?! I can't lay flat - why I got the adjustable bed. I didn't see anything that stated massage could only be used when flat. If I had, I would have kept looking. I'd say the description didn't include enough detail about the massage feature. We managed to figure out everything in the instructions but they weren't totally clear. The night lights are a good feature since, when I go to bed, my hubby is already asleep and I don't turn on the room lights. Now I can walk to my side of the bed without stubbing a toe or tripping on something. The foot and head adjustability is good, though it would be better if the foot end could go a little higher. The sale price was good and with my mattress it is quite comfortable. The motors for adjusting the foot and head are pretty quiet.

The legs are ridiculously high. I have a thick mattress. I bought 4" legs. Now Im buying 6". This was a pain to deal with

I got the bedframe and it worked good for about 2 months. Then it stopped working. The remote lights up and the light under the bed works but it no long moves.
Contact company for help and they said they couldn't do anything because the 60 day warranty was up. They wouldn't even help with trouble shooting. Never will buy from this company again

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Should of done this a long time ago, works better than anticipated, all the functions work as advertised, head, foot and massage... with a night ligh underneath and two USB ports. Once i got it out of the box.. it tokk about 7mins to have turned over and working. Fabulous base...im blown away how good it is...
