Purchased this adjustable bed in march 2026. It was great for 4 months. Now in July it has totally stopped working and cannot get any info on fixing it. Very poor customer service

Very good price and features. Easy to assemble. Matched the mattresses perfectly. The remote constantly unpairs while raising the head.

GOOD SO FAR!

We are still testing, but we are pleased with the bed so far and the quality of Best Choice service. The bed is a lot cheaper than those we saw in the store and seems to achieve the same thing. The time we have for the test period is still not over, but good so far. So far we are happy!

1/2 bad production

This is a split king so it came as 2 sections.
One of the sections was perfect. The other section was put together by someone who did not care. There we bolts laying in the box and I had to use the 1 good one in order to assemble the bad one. ALL the hardware on the bad one seems like it was just put together temporary but nobody had finalized the assembly

I know that there is going to be a Would you recommend this product to a friend. Well the real question is what ones are my friend going to get? If it is 2 good full assembled ones, YES - but a half and half deal like I got or worse than No

Bed great but no replacement remote

Bed itself is wonderful,works great.But remote stopped working and they do not offer replacement remotes.So stuck with a bed thats no good.....

Terrific price for an adjustable bed

My husband and I bought this king adjustable bed in February 2022 and we're very pleased with it. Compared to the prices the name brands get for similar mechanics, this is a bargain. The wireless remotes have lots of functions and can be customized. The LED lights beneath the bed have been great for when one of us wants to refill a CPAP machine without turning the bedroom light on and waking the other person. My husband and I are both larger folks, but the bed(s) have held up great with no creaking or weakness. The only thing we don't like is how there is no way to attach a headboard and no headboard hardware available for separate purchase.

Life changing

I have ME/CFS and have never slept more than 2-3 hr. consistently for over 25 yrs. I have been using my bed for 18 nights and most days in pain. On day 10 I slept 7 hrs without waking and the next 5 hrs. This past week wake once but do not have to get up out of bed. Just an adjustment and able to go back to sleep. Like in title the bed and a new mattress is Life Changing. I am in several CFS groups and have told them all about this bed. I researched the top adjustable beds and they are so expensive and you get a stripped-down version. This one has all the bells and whistles and I am beyond pleased.
