Purchased this adjustable bed in march 2026. It was great for 4 months. Now in July it has totally stopped working and cannot get any info on fixing it. Very poor customer service

Finally !! Comfort as it should be...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Should of done this a long time ago, works better than anticipated, all the functions work as advertised, head, foot and massage... with a night ligh underneath and two USB ports. Once i got it out of the box.. it tokk about 7mins to have turned over and working. Fabulous base...im blown away how good it is...

Split king Adjustable Base

This base is wonderful and was pretty easy to assemble. They include 3 booklets of instruction so we had no problem misplacing them. The delivery was good. The only problem is that this item needs a long term warranty of which you state is under wait right now.

Excellent Value and Good Quality

The product is exactly as described. Set up was easy and in comparison to equivalent options there is excellent value for money. Fedex Ground took does not deliver on weekends, and brought each of the packages on different days. As far as BCP however, I am pleased with the product.

Best Investment of the year !!!

I read the reviews and checked other companies, then decided on this BCP brand of adjustable bed, I love it and it was easy to assemble. It also helps to relieve the pain in my lower back . That I would wake up with before this purchase. I highly recommend to model to anyone that may be suffering from lower backaches upon awakening. It really works by elevating the head .

Good bed - some weird things, but good overall!

We've had this base now for about a month and it's pretty much what I wanted. The massage motors are a bit loud, but I love having the option to massage my head or my feet. The main motors to move the bed are pretty quiet but my side does creak going back down. Not a huge deal. I love that I can set two of my own positions to memory, which is needed because the "TV" setting is sad. It barely moves the head up an inch. The "Zero Gravity" setting is the same as the TV setting. So those presets are useless. Otherwise, it's a great bed! I love the lights underneath, even though we never use them. And the remote has a flashlight on it, as well as backlighting for the buttons.

Nice and cheap

Fast shipping and free, the only thing you have to do is to screw in the legs and the base is ready to use , work as expected and price is low compared to other in the market , the only bad thing i could say is that the massage top time is 30 minutes, I would like to get at least 2 hours , because trust me it's feel good
