Great product!

We bought this probably over a year ago, and I meant to leave a review. I had never heard of this company, so was a little nervous ordering, but the bed is great! I saw some reviews at the time saying that they wanted to be able to have a headboard, but this actually fit inside our platform bed frame perfectly.
I would recommend this to a friend!

With the money but needs some upgrades

I didn’t realize the bed only had USB ports on one side, unfortunately for me it’s the side I put against the wall and I sleep on the other, so there’s no way for me to use them. It’s also where the storage pouch for the remote is. The bed itself works well, has smooth movement. Maybe instead of the flashlight on the remote ports on both sides might be a worthwhile upgrade

Queen remote bed

Bought the bed in September 2025. It stopped working after a power surge. I Bought this bed for my disabled daughter and basically all I get from the company is same message of how to fix. It didn't fix it and they just tell ms to do the same thing over and over.

Save your money and!

I got the bedframe and it worked good for about 2 months. Then it stopped working. The remote lights up and the light under the bed works but it no long moves.
Contact company for help and they said they couldn't do anything because the 60 day warranty was up. They wouldn't even help with trouble shooting. Never will buy from this company again

Purchased this adjustable bed in march 2026. It was great for 4 months. Now in July it has totally stopped working and cannot get any info on fixing it. Very poor customer service

The legs are ridiculously high. I have a thick mattress. I bought 4" legs. Now Im buying 6". This was a pain to deal with
