The pieces were poorly marked

The pieces were poorly marked and many misaligned with the predrilling. Some were angled and split the rail so I had to measure, realign, predrilling to install. Also they weren't sealed for outdoor storage and know I have to do that at my expense + time. No wonder they were so inexpensive.

Nice but very time consuming.

They came via ups. It seemed like 100 pieces. 1 box didn't have any instructions and was missing pieces. Luckily the 2nd box had instructions but no extra pieces. Once put together the chairs were nice but I wouldn't go out of my way to buy them again. Putting them together was rough.

Good, not great

The chairs look nice, but are a little "wobbly" and the wood is rough to the touch which leads me to believe they are not fully sanded and treated. I will likely sand and coat the chair myself which is a bummer to have to spend the time and money doing.

Shoddy & Cheap

I got 2 last year for my birthday. They came in dinged & wood putty from the factory to hide the defects! Screw holes were pre drilled but did not align properly. Very poor overall quality. My wife bought them for me so I did not complain & make her feel bad. If I had bought them myself, I would have returned them. When a deal looks cheap.....sometimes it is because the product is also cheap & shoddy. Very unsatisfied with these chairs.

Great for the price. Difficult to assemble. Ordered two chairs. One was great the other had split pieces of work and misaligned holes. Not easy to return so I just kept it.
