We bought this for my 5 year old great granddaughter. She loves it and plays in it everyday. Put a metal stake in the ground with a patio umbrella so it is ready rain or shine! Great innovative idea with the benches that close!!! Highly recommended.

Pretty easy to assemble. Wood is a little soft, so don't over tighten the screws. It looks really nice and with the top folding into bench seats is AWESOME! Our grand daughter absolutely loved it. Also love the fact that the top closes completely. We put it up on deck, so we added thin plywood under it to help support the landscape material bottom. Put it together in about 20 minutes, filled to with 400+ lbs of sand and she was ready to go!
