Product does not work

Hello I just got the AI gaming sync box for Christmas and set it all up for about 30 minutes to an hour. Got it all plugged in and stuck on the monitor and it worked for 2 minutes! I figured I'd update it since I got it all set up and the new update made the device not work. Love the company and many other products I've gotten but this sucks. Why release an update the doesn't allow me to run my hdmi through the sync box to my monitor, like it is supposed to work. I would love some help with this thanks

Camera glare

On darker scenes the camera sees a glare from the angle of the tv that is imperceptible from where the viewer is sitting. This causes the backlighting to have a constant dim white glow that is also not a consistent color. It still adds a lot to the watching experience when it works.

It took forever to connect to WiFi & now I cannot calibrate the lights to the tv. 45 minutes & I can't do anything at all with it

Don't get the 75-85 inch set of you have 70 inch tv.

I don't like they have one for 70 inch tv. I got the 75-85 inch set and obviously way too big for the tv. However after improvising the strip installation, the lights work as intended. The calibrating was a bit weird but eventually figured it out. There's YouTube videos that help with calibrating. Anyways if you have a 70 inch tv don't get the 75-85 inch set.
