Better than Hue at a fraction of the price

The Govee app is quite easy to use. Customizing the colors/movement with the DIY area was very straight forward. The light controller is very fast to respond to the app. After being off for several hours the app launches, finds, and connects to the light strip faster than any of my other lighting devices. Added bonus, it may not have Homekit connectivity, but you CAN setup Siri Shortcuts within the Govee app to make certain changes to the lights. For my purposes that was a good compromise.

I owned the earlier version of the TV light strip, nice but not impressed but this new Light strip with the light bar is terrific. I have a 65-inch tv and the light strip goes around the very edge of my tv completely from around 4 sides. The light effect I use for Movies and Music and I find the response of the lights are right on. I made adjustments through the app. and it's just perfect. I did try another brand "LYTMI" and I'm still trying to receive my refund through PAYPAL.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The Best Adaptive Backlighting Ever!!!

You will get the biggest bang for the buck with the DreamView T1 TV Backlighting system. It is nothing short of outstanding/brilliant! Makes my wall and room more theatric than ever! No matter what you view, it just accents the picture and feels better than any theater! ...And the installation was the easiest ever!!!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Malfunctioning trash

I've calibrated it multiple times and tried to reset it but nothing has helped. LEDs blink as if there's a short somewhere. Not sure if mine is a one off but they should definitely have better QA for the price I paid

I have these lights on both my living room and bedroom tv and they work great. I mostly use them to play video games and the colors track amazing and are very seamless to the tv itself. My mom uses the ones in the living room for watching tv and movies, as well as just adding ambient light while relaxing and they also work amazing for that. An added benefit is that they connect to our amazon Alexa to make using them even more easy. Overall I would say we really enjoy these lights and I would recommend them to anyone!!

Your browser does not support HTML5 video. ?These are the best LED lights I have ever seen. They are extremely bright and the app has an unlimited amount of customization. The app makes remote control extremely simple as well. The app allows you to also see other people's creations and press apply to instantly apply the design to your lights. There is also another app called "Govee Studio" that allows you to create extremely complex and in-depth creations. Way better than the LED strips you see on TikTok. The strip sticks well but may come off when peeling. Some wall light holders come with it to hold them in place. White lights up the entire room easily.

The lighting strip is good, but the disadvantage is that each strip is separate from the other and they cannot be connected as one piece or cut
