Installing this on a wall-mounted TV proved to be quite difficult, so keep that in mind. Even after spending time calibrating, the backlight still fails to consistently match the on-screen content. After just a few weeks of use, the lights started fading to black, occasionally flickering on and then fading out again. I gave it two stars because, while the static lighting might work for some, I specifically wanted dynamic, responsive effects—and this just didn't deliver.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Got another pretty known name brand tv back lights. Well they sucked. About the same price as these. And let me tell you. I should have picked these first. Way way happy. Great for gaming , watching movies. Or just listening to music. They are fun ! I ended up scrapping all my Monster lights and replaced and will continue to replace them with govee. For got to mention how EASY it was to install. Hint. Make sure the room is well lite ! Highly recommended!!! Oh snap also forgot. YOU CAN ADJUST THE BRIGHTNESS!!!
I’m very happy with Govee TV Backlight 3 Lite. I have an older 55” TV and it syncs great! I followed the instructions on the interweb and it worked out really well. Set-up didn’t take very long, just some attention to detail and abracadbra! The lights are deep, bright, and vibrant. Great light-show!
