Perfect for our Mobile Cafe

this gets the job done in baking our Ham n Swiss Cheese croissants, we fit 4 on tray and bake for 4min at 320. a real space saver and oh so fast. does take some trial and error to get used to settings

The oven is great but the bulbs burn out and parts are hard to get. My second one and same issues.

Bought a second one to replace a 5 or 6 year old model I used everyday. If you have limited space this is a great option. Regardless it is an excellent choice from reheating pizza to toasting bread. Was tempted to buy another and put it into storage in case they stop selling it.

Great little oven

This operates a bit different from traditional toaster ovens, but heats a bit faster and does a nice job on crisping up pizzas. Dropped one star only due to small size and limited baking/cooking time on the timer. The small size also means it takes up less room on a counter. Otherwise it is great for toast (as mentioned in other reviews) or quickly heating up small dinners!

This is the second Panasonic FlashXpress that I’ve owned. I bought the first oven about 7 years ago and it is still working well. I only bought this second one as a backup as sometimes items are discontinued and I didn’t want to take a chance that I might not be able to replace my original oven if it stopped working.
As well as toasting bread, I have used this oven for cooking all types of meat and fish without having to use oil. Also, I have made French fries and sweet potato fries from scratch with just a bit of oil added. I add a piece of aluminum foil to the tray for easy cleanup. Also, I have baked cookies and scones but I do keep a close watch to ensure they aren’t overdone. The baking times given in the recipes are sometimes too long for this oven.
