Awesome, so was Bestbuy shipping

The oven is awesome, you just have to remember this is one of the smaller ovens out there, but it is perfect for sandwich or two.
It takes few trials to find the correct temp. Food in oven of this size can go from still-frozen in the middle to burned outside within 2 minutes so it isn't as forgiving as big oven. But it definitely heats up super fast and also cooks the middle of the food much faster than normal toaster oven.
I don't want to use my big oven for small things - heating up frozen bread rolls would be a 30 min operation in big oven. This small oven does it in 6 and as good.
But hats off to bestbuy as well. Ordered during the stay-at-home situation and they beat Amazon shipping speed by a mile. They basically delivered in 2 days to my door, unlike Amazon that now has weeks of backlog in shipping.

Bought this based on the positive reviews. Does not toast bread evenly, half gets burnt while other half ok. Tried to get support but virtually non existent.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Excellent little oven

We have had the oven for two years now and it's great to cook small meals (pizza, chicken fingers etc). Very fast and cooks well. Easy cleanup. Not heavy, so easy to move around. We have the white model which has discolored a little with the heat. Flawless otherwise.

This is my 2nd purchase. Nothing was wrong with my first other than after 12 years the exterior is looking it’s age. It’s one of the few models that the shelf rack slides out when the door opens.
I bought this a day before the Black Friday event and the following day I got an email from Best Buy telling me they further reduced the price and I will receive a credit on my purchase. Now that’s great customer service.

After two years of light use the bottom element now stays cold. Quite the production to have to flip your toast every morning. Now one of the plastic legs seems to have split off. The cheap construction of it looks unfixable to me. Despite the reasonable price, not worth it if you have to buy a new every year or so.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

After extensive research we bought this popular unit with a cult like following,
What appealed to us was the heating is instant (zero preheat time due to its infrared elements), the grill slides out when you open the door, and the presets.
This is not your typical toaster Oven. No knobs. Only buttons. But it’s perfect for our needs. We were looking for a toaster oven for a 12 year old to use to make frozen pizza, nuggets, fries, toast & reheating, etc.
It toasts bread in about 2 minutes. I’ve used it to reheat day old fries, which turn out great.
Eventually I will try salmon (as others on forums have recommended) & sides (vegetables).
The unit is very compact for small kitchens, & comes with a tray that is hand wash only.
Negatives? Not too many. Unit might be too small for some families. You won’t be roasting a chicken with it. Manual cooking where you are setting the temperature & time is limited to 25 minutes.
That’s about it. A quick search online will show you how ppl love this small appliance. CNET has a great review on YouTube worth checking out & Wirecutter scored it as the top small toaster oven.
Highly recommend.

This is perfect size for 2. I cook steak, hamburgers, fish, I re heat, it does not dry food. It does not need to be pre heated. Takes a little getting used to, but I have been using one for so long,

Works great takes up little space

We are really happy with this purchase. It does a great job of toasting and reheating and a dr. oetker pizza fits in it (you need to turn it half way through). Our small (1/8 sheet) pan from a restaurant supply store fits in it too. We chose it over others because it takes up less space and it is only 1300W rather than 1800W.
I would recommend this to a friend!
