Garbage product - went through three! Same problem

Had a couple different models over the years and can 100% confirm that they are all garbage products that WILL fail. Think I went through three of them. EVERYONE of them stopped blending after a few weeks. The only way you can get them to work after that is to put all of your bodyweight into forcefully holding down the cup and wiggling it into a workable position while pressing the blend button manually. I've spoken with others that have the same problem. I'm sick of it. Another recurring problem is a brownish liquid that seeps through the bottom of the blade attachment. Gross.

Company does not support their product!

This blender is horrible! Just when it is out of warranty it starts to fail. It gets deafening loud and plastic leaches into the smoothie. This is my second one and both did the same thing. The first time the company replaced it and told me they would only replace it once. Really? They stood by there word and did not replace the second one. Way to support your product! After reading other reviews it seems many people complain about the same thing. You would think the company would send us a better version to keep us as a customer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The best blender

This is by far the best blender I've ever used. It makes everything into a smooth drinkable texture. Anything from spinach to even nuts. I can add anything to my smoothie And I know it's going to taste delicious. Sometimes I even use this to help me with prepping for my dinner, when I need something blended like a sauce. I highly recommend this blender. The blender is very sturdy.

Perfect smoother but noisy

That Ninja really impressed me with its power — it blends frozen fruits, ice, and thick ingredients super quickly and makes perfectly smooth drinks every time. It’s easy to use, easy to clean, and I love that it comes with two to-go cups.
The only downside for me is that it’s very, very loud when it runs. Other than that, it’s an amazing blender that works exactly as advertised.

Not happy with the IQ

I bought this blender and just after I put the cup and lid into the dishwasher, they could not close anymore. I've been struggling with it for over a year now , leaking if you don't close the lid tightly, but then have to use hot water to soak it everytime to try and loosen - it is such a bother. I have to buy new blade and cups because it has become overbearing of trying to open and close everytime and remember to not put it in the dishwasher - thought they said it is dishwasher safe - it is NOT. I like the feature of the IQ to make my green smoothie quickly while I rush in the mornings, but it's really become not usable.

This ninja blender is worth the hype

Got this as a bday gift cause I was looking for the right blender. It’s small enough not to take up too much counter space. It’s fast and powerful with 1100 peak watts. It’s noisy but what blender isn’t. You can also take your smoothie on the go within the same plastic container that you used to blend and it has an extra to go cup
