Hi Inez,
Thank you for taking the time to share your review.
We're very sorry to hear that both of your Ninja blenders overheated and that components melted together during use. We completely understand how disappointing and concerning this must be, especially after experiencing the same issue with two products. We're grateful that you've taken the time to share this feedback with us, as it helps us improve both our products and customer experience. We'd recommend contacting our Customer Support team using the link below so they can assist further.
Durability is the problem. I’m on my third machine in a year and half. Hopefully the replacement I received this time will last longer. I use half cup frozen berries, half fresh banana and my almond milk and protein powder. No ice. No big chuncks . It blend that easily. The consistency is nice when it works properly. Nice smoothie. Crossing my fingers.

Hello Posh, Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that durability has been an issue and that you're already on your third machine in just a year and a half. We understand how frustrating that can be, especially when you're using it for relatively simple blends. We're glad to hear that when the machine is working properly, it gives you the smooth consistency you're looking for and makes a nice smoothie. We sincerely hope that your replacement unit performs reliably and lasts much longer than the previous ones. We appreciate your honest feedback, as it helps us better understand our customers' experiences and identify areas for improvement. Kind regards, Ninja Kitchen
The blender has a strong motor but it was incredibly loud! After a few uses I had to give it away. What a waste of my money . I’ll probably go back to Nutribullet.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi Sue,
Thank you for taking the time to share your review.
We're pleased to hear that you found the blender to have a strong motor, but we're sorry to learn that the noise level was much louder than expected. We understand how disappointing it must be to invest in a product and feel that it didn't provide the experience you were hoping for, especially to the point where you chose to give it away. Your feedback is important to us and helps us improve our products and customer experience. For support and troubleshooting guidance, please visit.
Have owned a Ninja set for a while until the small cup switch stopped working. Bought the blender Pro since I liked the wider cups for my smoothies. This appliance does not have enough power to blend the ingredients properly. Took for ever to (kind of) mix the ingredients.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi there,
Thanks for taking time to leave your review.
It's disappointing to hear that your Ninja Blender Pro hasn't delivered the blending performance you were expecting, especially after having a positive experience with your previous Ninja blender. We recommend adding ingredients in the following order: fresh fruits and vegetables first, followed by leafy greens, liquids or yogurt, then any dry or sticky ingredients, with ice or frozen ingredients added last. Using the Auto-iQ programmes can also help achieve the best blending results. If ingredients appear to be getting stuck, try adding a little more liquid to assist the blending process. If you've tried these steps and the issue continues, please reach out to our team via the link below so we can review this further for you.
I've used Nutri bullet in the past and very well versed with the format. However in my first use of Ninja, I felt the lid is stuck and vacuumed with the content, as I open after 3 mins of cooling, it was a royal mess on my counter as the smoothie was half done and stuck to blades. Now when I try to turn the lid back to finish the smoothie, it wouldn't close, as rightly the entire lid is sticky mess. I washed stored and resumed. When I try to use silicon spatula in the jar, there are protruding plastic grooves, with which cleaning is so hard and I have to let go off the residue into sink and waste water 4-5 times to get rid of stickiness. I was trying to make chia, cocao, mango and cottage cheese smoothie. This product is good if you are ok having a sticky mess around your counter, have plenty of time to clean wash the lids in between the blending, and ofcourse aren't afraid of the water wastage this wee bitty blender can get to. Not for me, I am returning in 1 week.
