Not Worth It

Not what I expected, doesn't make a true slush not worth the money, even worse with alcohol have to keep adding water doesn't freeze it enough

Perfect for summer and hosting small parties!

This slushie machine is the perfect appliance to make restaurant and bar like drinks. I’ve made frappes, fruit juice slush, soda slush, and ice cream and the texture of each type has been perfect. Recipe guide and user manual make it really easy to follow the recipes and operate the unit.
Cleaning is easy just rinse with water and soap. However, I will have to take off one star due to a design flaw and staining of the vessel. Please see the li tired below. In the back of the vessel at the very edge of it there is a small opening (small enough you can barely get a finger nail past it) that can lead to residue getting built up and stuck. It almost impossible to clean it without breaking the vessel. I will have to hope that exposure to soap and war water eventually loosens it. Lastly, I made a Mango slush (just from mango juice) and it stained my vessel.
Other than these two flaws the Ninja Slushie has operated to perfection.

Sugar needed, but not wanted!!!

I am ok with the performance of the product, but I was very disappointed to discover that all drinks needed to contain a large amount of sugar in order to freeze. I was hoping to use it with sugar-free drinks, but the unit freezes up instead.

Design flaw

It’s pretty disappointing. The reservoir gets slushy stuck in at the seam and it’s a known design fall. It’s not covered under warranty. They won’t do anything to fix it. You call and ask for help and you’re told basically to deal with it. People online try everything soaking water pic it rarely gets it clean
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Buyer Beware

Would love to have a positive review but unfortunately I do not. Bought the ninja slushi and the first unit would not freeze anything or even get that cold. I called Ninja and they sent me a new one. The new one has the same issues. It would be a great product if it worked. Think they need to upsize the condenser or something to make it function the way it should. Will not be getting another replacement.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Mine was only making 1 drink a day, even after sitting for several hours. Now it doesn’t work at all. I haven’t even had it in a week. I submitted a ticket for a replacement, but now it’s on back order.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We love this machine!!!!!!! So far we made mocha frappes using 2 ingredients, 3 cups of Iced Mocha & 3 TBS of Whipping Cream. And Pineapple Slushi, using Dole Pineapple juice!! Both were Delicious!
I would recommend this to a friend!
