Buyer Beware

Would love to have a positive review but unfortunately I do not. Bought the ninja slushi and the first unit would not freeze anything or even get that cold. I called Ninja and they sent me a new one. The new one has the same issues. It would be a great product if it worked. Think they need to upsize the condenser or something to make it function the way it should. Will not be getting another replacement.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Mine was only making 1 drink a day, even after sitting for several hours. Now it doesn’t work at all. I haven’t even had it in a week. I submitted a ticket for a replacement, but now it’s on back order.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We love this machine!!!!!!! So far we made mocha frappes using 2 ingredients, 3 cups of Iced Mocha & 3 TBS of Whipping Cream. And Pineapple Slushi, using Dole Pineapple juice!! Both were Delicious!
I would recommend this to a friend!

I brought it as a early birthday present for my girlfriend and let’s just say “She can’t keep her hands off of it literally makes something every day since she’s opened her Lovie” very easy maintenance. Don’t take long too slush. 10/10
