Poor investment- good luck

I purchased this item a few weeks ago and it can be temperamental. If the sugar content or heavy cream is off- or if the machine isn’t set at a specific setting, the product will not turn to slush. Also, it tends to leak and hard to clean. Now I’m having trouble with an oily substance leaking. Not worth the money!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Never buy this product

Bought this just a couple months ago got mold in the seal. Ninja will not stand by their warranty. Would never buy another product again.

Ninja Slushi- Very disappointed

Buyers Beware. Would give it a zero star if possible. I was able to use this machine 4 times to make a milkshake using the recipe in the supplied booklet to have mold growing in a Crack that can't be cleaned out. A design flaw that the manufacturer has corrected in the newer model. I have tried all of the manufacturer recommendations..... let it sit in vinegar, put in top dishwashing rack, and a water pick. Just bought the waterpick for this issue. After 3 weeks of complaining I was told to buy a new machine. The machine is still under warranty but was told it wouldn't be covered because of wear and tear. Lol. 4 times using it. I will never buy another product from this company.

Not worth the hassle

simple to use, but going by directions on making a frappe, the liquid doesn’t freeze and only the cylinder freezes. So leaves you with a huge mess to clean up. Do not recommend and don’t waste your money

Not impressed. can't make sugar free drinks.
Even the consistency of drinks with sugar aren't with the right consistency as other machines.
After drink is slightly slushy, it will not dispense with a good flow.
With good conscience I DO NOT recommend this product. I will be returning mine.

Talk about a game changer—the Ninja SLUSHi completely changed the way I make drinks at home. No more late-night runs to gas stations or convenience stores. It’s fast, easy, and honestly one of the best purchases I’ve made.
But let’s be real—there’s a serious flaw that Ninja completely ignored.
This could’ve been a 5-star product—but the Clear Vessel design completely ruins it.
Liquid and residue get trapped in areas you cannot reach or properly clean. Even after washing, buildup stays hidden in the seams. That’s a serious health risk—mold and bacteria can grow where you can't reach.

Defect not Corrected

We love this machine but we cannot use it anymore. There is a lip on the end of the vessel that holds the slushy ingredients that cannot be cleaned. I soak it every time I use it in warm to hot water with dawn overnight and does not clean. Do not have dish washer or water pick to clean it. I have four other NINJA PRODUCTS and use all the time and I am very happy with. Ninja will not replace vessel and it is still under warranty. I feel this is a defect causing bacteria and mold to get into the slushy. If it gets into the rim when using it can also get out when using.
