Brought this slush machine about 2 weeks ago I've tried 3 different functions and none of them were coming out right. It became frustrating being that this gadget was so expensive I will be returning unfortunately. I had high hopes for it.

Very Disappointed

I purchased two, thinking it would run throughout a party; it begins to breakdown if not served immediately. Very temperamental. Tried frozen coffee; so thick it wouldn’t come out, premade cocktails wouldn’t freeze. Very disappointed.

Slushi for the win

I got this a couple weeks ago and started testing it out with different drinks. Works amazing with soda, especially mountain dew 10/10 recommend. For juice I haven't had as much success it has either come out too wet or too thick but I'm working on it! For reference it's limeade that's giving me problems.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Easy to use out the box. Cleaning is a breeze too. Makes a low murmur while in use, not annoying but when it turns off definitely noticeable. The quick rinse is nice and easy to use function.
Negatives: -
- if you need to add sugar its a challenge. it gets stuck in the door.
- I wish the distance from the cold cylinder to the front was shorter to keep it colder
- It comes out lump at a time not smooth. Now I’ve only filled half way so may be part the issue.
- squeaks if ice drags across the cold cylinder

Almost perfect

This would be perfect for us, except that you can't make slushies with diet drinks, or drinks that use sugar substitutes. It's not Ninja's fault, as sugar is apparently needed to freeze the drinks, I just wish that they made that information a little bit easier to find, rather than hiding it in the FAQs.

We tried for a little bit to get one and we finally scored. It was worth it (shipping was a little slow) we did have to play around with the ratios as they didn’t really match our taste buds to what was listed in the recipe book. Once we did that it was smooth sailing. We’ve been enjoying different concoctions. Truly a great purchase and worth the wait to get one

Made 35 drinks in this the past 15 days. This thing is a beast and works perfectly for anything! Stay away from no to low sugar since it won’t work. But absolutely the best!
