This an amazing item. I own quite a few ninja products. I have ran many things threw it and haven't had an issue. It is easy to learn and know when and how to adjust.

Would have been great except none of the marketing or descriptions indicated that it would only work when drinks contain sugar. There goes my hopes of having an ice cold Diet Coke slushee.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello,
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review.
We certainly understand your concerns regarding sugar content. We will absolutely share your feedback with the relevant teams for consideration on future products. In the meantime, we do have a few sugar alternatives that can be used.
Coconut Sugar
Maple Syrup
Agave Syrup
Simple Syrup
Honey
You can also use Allulose; however, it may make it sweeter.
Kind regards,
Ninja Kitchen
