MOLD

MOLD ISSUES -I’m upset about the design of this product. We clean right after each use. I noticed nasty mold. I’m allergic to mold. I’ve tried everything to clean this and for the money spent on this is ridiculous with how it gets trapped in the creases. This product should have a recall! Very upset for price paid now can’t use the machine due to mold trapped will not come out of the creases. I’ve used a waterpiker wasn’t successful My rating is low due to poor quality of making of the machine.

The unit is easy to use, easy to clean, and you can use just about anything to make drinks. Wife and I are very happy with the purchase.

Love this machine. I make all kinds of drinks with it. Milkshakes, Fruit Juice Slushies, Coffee Frappes, etc. Works fast and drinks turn out GREAT !!

Can't get replacement parts

I would love it a lot more if I could actually use it, but Ninja doesn't offer people to buy new reservoir's and its not covered in the warranty. I got to use it a total of three times before the reservoir messed up.
