Its an ok machine. Not too bad, just feel like you can do the same thing with a blender and ice to be quite honest. My only issue is the spike slush, it gives complicated

It’s ok I can’t make alcoholic drinks they will not slush I tryed every trick I see other people do and it still doesn’t work

Easy to use features!

I bought this product and my husband wrapped it up for a Christmas gift for me. We used it the first time on Christmas and made frozen lemo ade. Very easy to use and came out perfect! Next we did a frozen orange Creamsicle. Once again easy to do. The preset programs make it very easy to use. Also if there is an issue with your mix it gives you warning lights. I have also done frozen coke slushies. Not the best because they just tasted like very flat soda. I have to find the trick for them still. The only issue I have found and apparently it is a common complaint, is that the seal around the tank vessel allows drink particles to get behind and in between it. There is no way to get it out or clean. I do the rinse immediately when I finish making a drink and hand wash everything with Dawn detergent and hot water. That said, I still have some of the Creamsicle stuck in the crease of the vessel. I am waiting for it to start molding. Haven't figured out how to fix this yet. I joined a couple of Facebook groups dedicated to the Ninja slushi and this was the biggest complaint. I guess I will purchase a spare vessel when they get back in stock so when the ice starts to mold I can switch it out. Otherwise I love this machine!!
