Broken handle

I recently acquired an Elevation Plus medium suitcase, but to my dismay, the telescopic handle broke during its first use. It appears that this mishap might be attributed to my usual practice of carrying a bag within the space between the top of the suitcase and the length of the handle, a habit I've maintained with my other suitcases. Unfortunately, there was no precautionary notice provided regarding this potential issue, despite it being a common practice for many travelers.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Broken wheel

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this suitcase but purchased Just a little over a year and used only 3 times and the wheels broke. Trying to get a replacement and nobody will provide me with the wheel.

Great size!

I love the size of this bag. It isn't like any other rolling bag I've ever had. Full of places to store things and i love the built in clothes hanging area with compression to hold in place! Also, for those asking- the samsonite elevation plus ss backpack does fit over this wide handle for easy transport.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this last year used on one trip and wheel broke off. Casters stick out too far bad design.

I bought two of these in 2018 and they have held up pretty well EXCEPT I cannot find a carry on bag that fits over the handle. The handle is much wider than other pieces of luggage - if anyone has a carry on bag they use that can fit over a wider handle I would love to know which one.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Wheel snapped on first use

Very first use, the wheel broke off. We purchased a set of 4 gliders. It appears easy enough to fix if we're able to gain access to a replacement wheel. The process of requesting a placement part does not appear easy, though.
