Wheel broken after SECOND usage!

I used this luggage twice and the wheel broken off completely. The luggage was completed scuffed up as if it had been used for years although it was only 2 months. My old off brand luggage could handle more wear and tear than this. Total waste of money!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The suitcase she’ll is sleek and durable. The wheels tool smoothly. I travel for business and the garment side allows me to travel with business attire and suits and prevents them from getting wrinkled. The If is the telescoping handle. The handle is wider than most suitcases so it is harder to put it through most laptop bags and backpacks. Also, the rubber handle causes friction making it even more difficult to slide a laptop bag or backpack on it. I use a Samsonite laptop backpack and it is difficult to get it over the rubber handle.

Elevation Luggage looks great out of the box but after a one way flight the amount of wear that shows is incredible. Not to mention the spring for the handle completely stopped working. One flight.

Wheel…. Broken First time using!

I was very excited when I purchased this garment rolling bag. My thought process was this would be great since we are elderly and would be convenient and we could travel easily without carry a lot. Well, bummer wheel broke and husband and I had an awful time trying to manage this on our travel three wheels

True glider! LOVE IT!

I love this bag. The low center of gravity makes it glide smoother than any bag I've had. I'm a business traveler who has received nothing from Samsonite for this review. I had the prior version, and am basing my review on that. The only thing I can say, is it is hard with the wide handle to find something that slides over. However, I just sit my backpack on top and grip top handle with the suitcase handle and away I go. Now, AA just crushed it so I'm awaiting this new one to arrive next week. They are paying for it. So I'm hoping I love it as much as the prior version. The older one was a snazzier shiny finish in medium blue, so I'll miss that. Easy to find on the carousel. Don't like the light colors, dirty too easily. One of my coworkers has this new version and she loves it too.
I would recommend this to a friend!
