Excellent customer service from OtterBox assisted me with getting a replacement case after my first one was missing part of the address due to an error that occurred on their website. They made it 100% right and sent me a new one immediately and this case is so well built and I'm positive it's going to protect my phone very well.

Love the protection the case provides, however when I place a screen shield on the phone the case is interfering with the shield sitting completely flush and causing a bubble in the corner of screen
