Best Lunch Pail Ever!

I worked at a school and you would have to race to get to the microwave in order to heat up your lunch and still have time to eat it before getting back to class. Then I bought this and started using this. I had a nice warm lunch everyday and with no fuse. I brought everything from canned soup, to last night's leftovers and it was hot and delicious every day. Then My husband borrowed it one...next we were fighting over who got to take it to work that day. We now each own our own and LOVE them.
The only downside is the lid does not always stay secure. I leave my CrockPot at work now, and bring in my lunch in a small container, pour it in the crock when I get to work, then let it simmer until lunch time.
I have given this as gifts for lots of friends. Highly recommend it!!

I bought this when it was a special deal, because I love kitchen gadgets. Little did I know I would fall in love. I am a teacher, and I have about 20 minutes to eat. I bring my lunch in the small warmer container and I put it in the crock-pot when I get to work. By lunch time my food is warm and ready to go. I love it so much I am going to by each member of my department a lunch crock for Christmas! Yay!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Crock-Pot® Lunch Crock® Food Warmer is so versatile. I love to think up new ways I can use it for lunch at work. It is great for heating up foods such as goulash, chili, stews and soups. Yesterday I used it for heating up a hot dog in water (I cut the hot dog, and roll, in half). Today I am heating up a small pot pie I baked last night. It is so easy to just put in your food, check on it and stir it once in a while, and by lunchtime, it is hot!
I used to buy my lunch every day at work which got very expensive. Since I got my Lunch Crock I have saved so much money! It is a great value to me!
Pros: removable washable cook pan

I bought this for my wife as her office has no way to heat up anything due to fire regulations. The Crock-pot Lunch crock solved the problem. It heats up the food completely and does it without creating any odor of cooking food. It uses about 50 watts so it's safe and office friendly.

I have owned mine for years and use it up to 3 or 4 times a year. I warm up leftovers, cook cans of soup in it, etc. It is convenient for me as a teacher because I can prepare it the night before or that morning, plug it in when I get to school and it is then ready for me at lunch time. I do stir it through out the morning depending on what I have. But my lunch is always really warm without being too hot. I am thankful because I don't have to spend any of my 15 minutes for lunch trying to prepare or warm up my lunch in the microwave. It is easy to clean daily. I LOVE this Lunch Crock!!!!

Buying another one

I will be buying my 6th lunch crock pot. The cord keeps breaking on the bottom. This last one it actually made a loud pop and sparks flew thank goodness I had quick reactions and could unplug it fast.

I bought this on a whim... and as it turns out, I am loving it! Made some awesomely delicious Lentil soup with Chicken Sausage and Kale.. packed some into this little guy, it was piping hot so I was a bit concerned getting it to the office. It arrived without any issues, no the top did not pop off from the steam. Plugged it in 15 minutes before I could eat and it is piping hot once again. I LOVE this little guy!
