Makes your food the perfect temperature without using a microwave. I hate the microwave because I feel like it causes cancer and depletes the food if nutrients. This is perfect.

I just LOVE this product! It’s wonderful to anticipate a nice hot meal at lunch time. I only have 30 minutes allotted for lunch as I work at a school so it’s great to head straight to my little crack and not have to use the microwave, playing the edit, stir, and test the temperature game every day. As others hVe mentioned, I would definitely remove the inner plastic lid before microwaving. Looking to buy extra insert containers.
