It’s perfect for heating up lunch at the office. The office microwave can be pretty awful and this warms your lunch up throughout evenly. Perfect!

Love that it heats up food hot. Description of item stated that the inside container is stainless steel but there’s no indication of that on the box or packaging pamphlets. The plastic lid closes tightly on the container but after it’s first use of heating food with the lid on the container but slightly lifted, the lid is now loose.

There isn’t a temp adjustment but just start your soup about 30min before. Thicker food may require more or leas time and stirring. That being said this is great for my office when I work through lunch.
