I bought this when they first came out and loved it till I dropped it on a concrete floor and the out side warmer broke and split. I just recently replaced it . I have put soup, stew, ravioli, Mac and cheese even left over ham ,potatoes, carrots and cabbage in it after making a boiled ham dinner and it came out great one of the best purchases I have ever made.

I don't usually like to write reviews until I've had a chance to sue the product for awhile and see how it holds up but this fills such a great need for me that I'm writing now. So as far as the product itself, I plug the pot in when I get to work and have nice warm food ready for me at lunchtime. Just be careful on more liquidy items like soup as when you're transporting this you'll want to be sure the lid is on tight and that it's sitting flat. The reason this is so great is that I keep kosher and it's so great to have my own kosher pot to heat up my food in that I can watch the whole time. I bought one for meat and one for dairy (the color combos they have made our choice easy; red for meat and blue for dairy). It's been years since I've enjoyed a hot lunch at work due to kashrus concerns and now I go home full each day. Thanks for such a great product CP!

Lukewarm lunch

Food was lukewarm after i plugged it for 3 hours and seems like food is not reheated through. Very disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
