Purchased as gifts. So far I was told its nice if they only want soup, stew, chili, type items because its too small to have many warm items like meatloaf, potatoes and/or a veg. I suggest little deeper with divider options for multi food options.

I bought this for my husband who works outside all day. It is expensive to buy a lunch on a daily basis so this has been a terrific solution. He plugs it in when he gets to the job site and his lunch is perfectly hot when it is time to eat!

Amazing!!! Perfect for a teacher who had no time to heat up a lunch. You can keep anything warm not just for soup. I did beef sandwich meat and fried rice..... perfectly!!! Can't say enough good things about it.

I bought a replacement lid for my cook and carry crock-pot. When I received the lid it has a white filmy substance on the glass that's been awful trying to remove. And the lid didn't line up as well as the original which affected cooking. It would've been better to just buy a new crockpot.
